Villa Disana, and the staff, exceeded all our expectations. We wanted a holiday that revolved around relaxation, healthy food and some exercise. We got all we wanted and more.

Kadek the House Manager and his team made our holiday so memorable with their care, attention to detail, anticipating our needs and being flexible and thorough in their tasks. Made’s food was amazing - we ate out a few times, but found nothing as good as Made’s home cooking! She is a superb and we loved our banana pancakes and scrambled eggs each morning. Made also made delicious Indonesian specialties and met our special requests each day. We do recommend The Best Joli Cafe near Sunset Point.

The villa location is superb, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and set on the beautiful black sand and pebble beach. We brought our reef shoes/booties and went for long swims and snorkelling every day, just 20 steps in front of the villa! We used the snorkelling equipment available at the villa.

The villa was impeccably clean and the gardens and pool were clearly lovingly maintained. The loungers with umbrellas by the pool got a real workout by us. Bring your pool noodles and floaties for even more pool enjoyment.

Again, we must say that the staff were so incredibly attentive and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble, including Made driving each of us separately to Sunset Point one evening! They shared lots of information and gave us a great insight to life in Bali.

The on-site spa room was a major attraction for us. We indulged in relaxing massages and body treatments on many days. Kadek made it so easy to organise.

The blender (and plenty of ice) was a welcome tool for our cocktails, as was the filter coffee maker for mornings.

It is the Perfect place to Eat, swim, read, rest. Repeat. You don’t even need to leave the villa. In fact, we spent probably 90% of our time at the villa. We highly recommend both Amed as a more relaxed Bali location, and Villa Disana, as a great destination holiday.

 What a wonderful house in a perfect location, magnificent sea views, attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, no complaints, a big thank you to Amanda, everything went very well and we will come back for sure!

 Really great place to stay. Pool was fantastic, loads of space, good breakfast and everyone was so friendly. Amazing snorkelling immediately in front of the property and my son even spotted a turtle!
